Zebroo Sync(also referred to as Zync) is licensed under the Zebroo Sync License v1.0, defined as follows:

The Zebroo Sync and associated files (the “Software”) can only be used (installed, executed,
configured) with a valid Zebroo Sync Subscription.
If not stated differently in the contract, there is no limitation in the use of the software (Users, Use-Cases, Pipelines, Interfaces). A subscription gives full access to all features the software offers.
It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.
The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. If not stated differently in the contract for the software with Zebroo GmbH, there is no limitation in the use of the software (Users, Use-Cases, Data-Checks).
A subscription gives full access to all features the software offers.
